LS037V3DX01 is a 3.7 inch diagonal CG-Silicon display screen product from Sharp, with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen.LS037V3DX01 supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 74.88(W)×56.16(H) mm, outline size of 85(W)×71.8(H)×3.8(D) mm, viewing area size of 78.5(W)×59.8(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H), net weight of 46.0g (Typ.). As a Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, LS037V3DX01 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness 250:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 15/20 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 45% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. LS037V3DX01 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 51 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 5.0/3.3/9.8/-6.5V (Typ.)(VSHD/VSHA/VDD/GVSS). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
