LQ080V3DG01 is a 8.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated CCFL lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen.LQ080V3DG01 supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe.It features active area of 162.24(W)×121.68(H) mm, outline size of 183(W)×141(H)×14.5(D) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Antireflection, net weight of 390±20g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, LQ080V3DG01 can provides 380 cd/m² display brightness 250:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 65/65/65/55 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 30/50 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 1 pcs CCFL as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. LQ080V3DG01 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 32 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3/5.0V (Typ.)(VCC).
