LQ030B7UB02 is a 3.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without touch screen.LQ030B7UB02 supports display 240(RGB)×400 (WQVGA) with aspect ratio of 3:5 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 38.88(W)×64.8(H) mm, outline size of 47.28(W)×76.4(H)×3.45(D) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H), Antireflection, net weight of 24.0g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transflective LCM product, LQ030B7UB02 can provides 150 cd/m² display brightness 100:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 15:1 (Typ.) reflective contrast ratio, 60/60/65/50 (Typ.)(CR≥2) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 30/30 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms., thus presenting a palette of 65K/262K colors. This product adopted 6S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type. LQ030B7UB02 utilizes CPU/RGB/SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 45 pins FPC.
