GT080X0M-N12-1QP0 is a 8.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from BOE, with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen.GT080X0M-N12-1QP0 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 162.048(W)×121.536(H) mm, outline size of 183(W)×141(H)×3.7(D) mm, viewing area size of 164.8(W)×124.3(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, GT080X0M-N12-1QP0 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 75/75/75/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 20 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S11P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. GT080X0M-N12-1QP0 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/11.62/23/-7.78V (Typ.)(VDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
