COM37H3M14DTC supports display 480(RGB)×640 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 3:4 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe.It features active area of 56.16(W)×74.88(H) mm, outline size of 65(W)×89(H)×6.06(D) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (2H), net weight of 44.4g. As a TN, Normally White, Transflective LCM product, COM37H3M14DTC can provides 200 cd/m² display brightness 300:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 3:1 (Typ.) reflective contrast ratio, 35/35/15/50 (Min.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 40/60 (Max.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 6S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. COM37H3M14DTC utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 39 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.0V (Typ.).
