COM20T2P31ILC supports display 240(RGB)×320 (QVGA) with aspect ratio of 3:4 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. It features active area of 30.6(W)×40.8(H) mm, outline size of 35.5(W)×50.6(H)×2.53(D) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H), net weight of 10.7g. As a VA, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, COM20T2P31ILC can provides 450 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 60/40 (Max.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 35% (NTSC). This product adopted 1S3P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. COM20T2P31ILC utilizes CPU/RGB/SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 45 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.0/3.0V (Typ.)(VCI/IOVCC).
